• Workspace content — the standups, comments, blockers, templates, and team details you and your teammates create.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status, never full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as device, browser, and interactions, used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send transactional messages — reminders, digests, verification, and billing notices.

Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with service providers that help us run StandupSync, under appropriate agreements. These include cloud hosting and database providers, our email provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and — only for the ones you choose to connect — Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

We retain your information while your account is active. You can export your standups and analytics at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data.
