Yes — completely. Members submit their check-ins whenever it suits them within your schedule. There's no meeting to join and no fixed time anyone has to be online.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan supports up to 10 members with no card required. You only add billing if and when you upgrade to Pro.

Which chat platforms does StandupSync work with?

Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat — connect any (or all) in a couple of clicks. StandupSync posts the daily feed, individual check-ins, and blocker alerts to the channels you choose, with native formatting for each platform and per-team routing on Pro.

Can teammates sign in with Google or Microsoft?

Yes. Anyone can sign in with an existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account instead of creating a password — separate from the chat integrations, which control where standups get posted.

What happens to blockers?

Anything flagged as blocked is lifted into a dedicated coral lane and surfaced to leads in real time — so people get unblocked quickly instead of waiting for the next standup.

Can I export my data?

Always. Standups and analytics export to branded PDF and raw CSV at any time. Your data is yours to take with you.

Can I cancel anytime?
